From one of the year’s more polished releases in Elzhi’s Elmatic, here’s the video interpretation for the track ‘Memory Lane’. The Illmatic-rework hit all the right buttons and was a high powered showcase of the Detroit MC’s lyrical ability. If I were to make one of those end of the year, Top 2011 list thingies, Elmatic would undoubtedly have a spot.

Following up on their single ‘Sexual Lifestyle’, Aussie clan Strange Talk have gone ahead and commissioned a stellar remix package. The track gets new life from some impressive names in RESET!, Bart B More, and Those Usual Suspects. All three have a flavour of their own, so get yours below. Questionable footwear attire aside, these Australian kids have some decent taste in music.
